Is the web dashboard free to use?

Yes! The free plan includes 10 minutes of audio per month and 3 document uploads. Paid plans start at $9/month for 6 hours of audio.

How does the Dual Answer System work?

When Hinty detects a question in the conversation, it generates two types of responses: an AI suggestion based on conversation context, and a relevant excerpt from your uploaded PDF documents. You see both and choose what to say.

Which languages are supported?

Hinty supports 10 languages for transcription and AI assistance: English, Polish, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Danish, Norwegian, and Dutch.

Is my audio data secure?

Audio is streamed in real-time and processed on secure servers. We never store raw audio files. Transcriptions are temporarily held during the session and discarded after.

What is multi-speaker recognition?

In Multi-Speaker mode, Hinty uses Speechmatics or Deepgram to distinguish who is talking — you or your conversation partner. AI hints only appear when the other person asks a question.
