How to create a group, invite students with a code and your school email, and set up their AI agents with goals and your own materials.
Step by step
From setting up a school to a ready group
Each step shows what you see in the teacher panel.
Create a teacher account
You sign up as a teacher - that’s the owner account, and your school is created automatically. Your sign-up email becomes the school email your students use to join your groups.
- The owner account can add more teachers.
- The school email + code is the key for students to join.
Create a group (class)
In the “Groups” tab you click “New group” and set the name, language, level and description. Students join the group with its code.
- You see the language and level of every group at a glance.
- Each group has its own invite code.
Inviting students
Invite students with one code
You open a group and generate a 6-digit code (valid 48 h). The student enters the school email and code in the mobile app or the web panel - and lands in your group right away. No manual account setup.
Configure AI agents for your students
You open a student’s profile and the same agent editor the student uses - with the full set of options (personality, calls, error correction, goals, documents). You can add and edit agents as soon as the student joins your group.

- You attach documents from Your Library (PDF, Word or text) and set a learning goal for each agent.

Add more teachers
As the school owner you create accounts for more teachers. Every teacher sees all groups and students of the school.
- Roles: owner (billing and settings) and teacher.
- You create a colleague’s account with a temporary password and share the login with them.
Your brand
Upload your school logo - students see your brand
In the school settings you upload your own logo (separately for the web and mobile versions). From then on your students see your school’s logo instead of Hinty’s - both in the mobile app and the web panel. It’s your platform, under your brand.

A goal for every student - and the panel shows what to teach next
You set a learning goal on each student’s agent, and the agent steers conversations toward it while analysing mistakes. The panel collects the shared weak spots of the whole class - a ready signal for planning the next lesson - and shows how each student is doing.
